Square Enix announced a Crisis Core PC remaster

Square Enix: A new generation of Final Fantasy fans may get their hands on Crisis Core before the second half of the Remake trilogy is released.

After being exclusive to the PlayStation Portable for more than a decade, Square Enix is bringing Crisis Core to the PC for the first time. For the 25th anniversary of the game, Square Enix announced Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion, which is scheduled for release on Steam in the winter of 2022. That means you’ll be able to play it on the Steam Deck as well, adding another RPG to the handheld’s ever-expanding collection. The console version of Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion will also be released.. There’s more going on here than the basic glow-up that’s been presented as part of the project. All 3D models in Reunion have been re-imagined, with full voiceovers and new music arrangements meant to bring the classic story to life in a fresh way.

Before the main tale of Final Fantasy 7, Crisis Core introduces recognizable characters like as Aerith and Sephiroth and sets the stage for Sephiroth’s and Shinra’s huge intentions by following Zack Fair.

In the Final Fantasy 7 universe, timeframes don’t really matter anymore. Additionally, Square Enix unveiled the second installment of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake, which is being referred to as Rebirth. As he and Cloud’s other friends observe in the game’s first trailer, time is fluid enough that those who perished in another reality are still alive and well in Rebirth, which is the sequel to the trilogy’s first edition.

You’re in luck if you want to catch up on the tale of Final Fantasy 7! For the first time, the first part of the Final Fantasy 7 remake is accessible on Steam. You may even play the RPGs on Steam Deck, featuring Yuffie Kitsuragi from the Intergrade DLC.
