Bentley goes into all-electric vehicle production
Bentley Motors , the ultra-luxury vehicle arm of the Volkswagen Group , is considering to end the internal combustion engine era by switching to the production of fully electric and charged cars from 2026.
According to the statement made by the company, all vehicles will be electrified by 2030. This plan, called Beyond 100, will be officially enacted with two hybrid vehicles that will be released next year. The company’s first fully electric vehicle will be launched in 2025.
The aim of the plan is that the fully electric motors, which will replace the 12-cylinder internal combustion engines, which are the company’s signature, will be a revolution in “sustainable luxury vehicles”.
