Famous American actress Anne Hathaway in her Instagram has shared with fans the footage from the filming of the film entitled “The Witches” by Robert Zemeckis, which will soon be released. In the video published on the actress’s page, you can see how makeup artists paint the actress’s face first in blue and then in green with special compounds, after which they make a cast, on the basis of which the character’s image was created. Fans of the actress noted that the spectacle really looks “incredible” and “bewitching”.
On the official YouTube-channel WarnerBros has already posted a trailer for the film by Robert Zemeckis “The Witches”, in which the 37-year-old actress played the main role. According to the plot of the film, the boy and his grandmother go to rest at a seaside resort, where the most important witch of the district gathers their supporters to carry out an insidious plan and turn all the children into mice. It is known that Robert Zemeckis not only directed the film, but also took part in writing the script together with Guillermo del Toro and Kenya Berris, and also acted as one of the producers of the film.
Initially, the premiere of The Witches was scheduled for October 8, but due to COVID-19, it was decided to cancel the premiere in theaters – it was moved to the HBO Max platform on October 22.
